EASY RETURNS

When sending back your returns, please be sure to return your items in accordance with the policy outlined below:

Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition and without showing signs of use or damage in any way.
Items must not be a final sale order or a custom order.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
Figures and apparel on sales are non-returnable except for quality issues.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A 50% restocking fee may be applied to sale items returned.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
Returns are processed within 1-3 business days after your item(s) are delivered.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

EASY EXCHANGE

Exchanges will be processed within 1-4 business days after we've received the exchanged item
